Two provenance facts a careful reader should know. First, casperwy.gov returns 403 to automated readers, so the current schedule was captured from the City's own Title 15 ordinance packet — the packet contains TWO editions, and the superseded one (topping at $841, 65% plan check) was explicitly rejected in favor of the September 11, 2026 edition modelled here. Second, Casper is updating Title 15 of its municipal code to adopt the current I-codes, with the fee schedule changes riding the same ordinance (contact: Chief Building Official Justin Scott) — so this ladder's figures are recent and their legal instrument is in active transition.
